Advisory Board

We have an excellent group of Advisory Board members that provide us with advice on content, speakers, excursions, and everything else. Thank you!

Toni Dash | Boulder Locavore
After a personal experiment of over-wintering in Colorado sourcing her produce and protein exclusively from a 100-mile radius, Toni started Boulder Locavore to share her food finds. Her blog quickly evolved to focus on seasonal food and cocktail recipes (all gluten-free), as well as travel, and has garnered a national and international following. Her work has been featured by the Huffington Post, The Today Show, Shape magazine and more.

Doug Levy

Doug Levy | Wine And Food World
Doug is a five-time alum of the IFBC and an eight-time alum of the Wine Bloggers Conference! Doug was a full-time journalist for 20 years including a stint with USA Today and freelance work in the San Francisco Chronicle. His investigative work garnered him a Peabody award for “distinguished and meritorious public service” by a journalist. He launched his blog, Wine and Food World, way back in 2004.

Trish Lindemood | Kitchen Bloggers
Trish runs the Kitchen Bloggers group. She is a seasoned digital media consultant with over 25 years of diverse sales and marketing experience. She is an avid home cook and home gardner who spends her time helping hundreds of local businesses and online entrepreneurs become more successful with a winning combination of strategic web development, search engine optimization, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

Jana Seitzer | Whiskey + Sunshine
Jana is a lifestyle blogger at Whiskey + Sunshine where she writes about travel destinations, beverages (wine/beer/cocktails), food, parenting, tech gear, entertainment, home, DIY, crafts, travel gear, fitness/health, children, and more. Is that not enough for you? She’s also a full-time mom to four amazing kids—including two with special needs; married to her husband for 16 years, although she identifies as bi-sexual; writer, speaker, and photographer; marketer, designer, former Disney podcaster, and social media maven.

Wendi SprakerWendi Spraker | Loaves and Dishes
Wendi lives in Danbury, North Carolina where she unapologetically blogs about Southern Comfort Food. Wendi is an Amazon international best selling author, writes a bi-weekly food column for her local newspaper, leads an arts through cooking initiative with her local Arts Council, teaches others to cook through her YouTube channel and co-hosts The Dorks with Sporks Podcast with her daughter, Sarah. Wendi’s website has a U.S Alexa ranking of 41,000 and contains nearly 1000 recipes. When not writing, talking about food or cooking, you’ll find Wendi playing with her grandchildren or tending her little mountain home where she lives with an army of chickens, pugs and one ancient horse.
