Kathy started doing live Facebook videos a few years ago and noticed it forged a strong connection with her audience. She took those skills and started doing live online cooking classes that sell five figures a year, in addition to working with brands on live social media video. Kathy is passionate about making healthy eating accessible and delicious. You might recognize Sarah as the host and Event Manager for the IFBC but she is also an avid foodie and content creator. Her passion started in 2013 when she created a food-themed Instagram. She now has a blog, Salt & Pepper, and a TikTok, TasteandTraveler, with 330,000+ friends. Her favorite part about food and the IFBC is the community.
