Jill Nussinow | The Veggie Queen
Jill Nussinow is a Registered Dietitian who has worn many hats throughout her career. When Jill started writing and developing recipes it was with a chisel and tablet (OK…pen and paper) and there wasn’t anything called “content”. She had the remarkable pleasure and opportunity to test her recipe writing skills on her Santa Rosa Junior College culinary classes for more than 25 years. Her recipes have most recently been featured at https://www.aarp.org. Jill believes that there is an art to writing recipes and in this “new world” your recipes must be well written and work well to help you stand out from the crowd.
